Initially, I became interested in coaching running when our school coach decided to resign.
My passion is running and as captain of the cross country team, it was quickly evident I thrived in this new responsibility.
When I left school in 1995, my hands were tied though, because back then in South Africa there just weren't any courses qualifying running coaches. So I naturally shifted my focus to personal training and qualified in 1996.
Fast forward to 2017, my passion for overall personal health and wellness led me to begin studying the best route to optimal body transformation. My belief is we should all train for life and not just an event or moment in time. Great health is a journey, a step by step daily task that needs to be looked at in the big picture of life.
I understand there are many parameters to good health and have recently qualified as a holistic massage therapist and sports massage therapist to strengthen my wellness qualifications and offer more to the client.
My concept is simple yet unique, I bridge the gap between therapist and coach. I combine preventative sports massage therapy with science-based coaching to improve you, in all aspects of fitness including personal training and especially running.
I strongly believe that being healthy includes physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual factors. Our health and wellness should always be priority one. What I have found is the healing process of the body is just as important as physical training, perhaps even more so. If your body isn't cleansed or detoxified due to external contamination, you can't build your mind and body strong.
My purpose is to use my knowledge and personal experience to help strengthen and bring awareness to your internal mind-body connection, finding that balance we all strive for in life.
My strength is in showing people how to improve themselves from the inside out. I am excited to meet you and get started!
Signing Off! I am here to help you achieve your fitness aspirations no matter what they are, as long as you are committed, because it’s a personal choice and commitment, and there is no magic wand.

Let’s have a great time together and I look forward to seeing you soon!
Yours in health and fitness,
